McAnary Family

I had a lot of fun with Jobe, Nikki, and Chase while doing their family photos.  Chase, like any other 2 year old, is FULL of energy!  And it’s amazing how these little guys can run the show.  But it was fun chasing him around, and I loved the location.

This next series makes me smile… yup, Chase is a normal 2 year old :)

What a handsome little guy!

I have had a hard time picking a favorite from this session.. but this is one of them for sure.

Is this an accurate photo of parenting or what? :)

Thank you all so much!

Brandon & Megan are Married!

From the moment I met them, I really liked Brandon and Megan.  They are just one of the most fun, laid-back, and nicest couples I’ve worked with.  So I knew their 11.11.11 wedding would be a good time – and they did not disappoint!  They chose a unique FSU/Purdue theme (their favorite teams), and pulled it off beautifully – it was both fun and yet classy at the same time.  Not to mention, they have great taste in vendors :)

Venue: Rockledge Country Club

Flowers: Amanda’s Florist

Cake: Kat’s Kakes

DJ: DJ Raf/ DJ Shane Entertainment

LOVED her shoes!

Her bouquet was so simple, but so pretty.

She was a gorgeous bride!

After a quick toast (or 2), it was time to go!

The bride and groom exchanging gifts before the ceremony is something I don’t see much.  But Brandon and Megan had chosen some really special gifts for one another.  It was funny, though, as they both pretty much said the same thing when they saw their gifts… I can’t repeat it here, though :)

Megan’s niece and nephew made an adorable flower girl/ring bearer.

I love the look on his face when he saw his bride for the first time!

She is just glowing!

Sealed with a kiss

I love how happy they look together.

Thanks to my second shooter, Laura, for getting this shot.

Same shot.. slightly different camera angle.. completely different effects

Time to party!

If you’ve ever been to a wedding with one of DJ Shane’s guys, you’ll recognize the napkin game ;)

Megan’s expressions during the toasts cracked me up.  The first was in response to her maid of honor’s mentioning something along the lines of her hoping they have kids soon. :)

This gets me every time..

Another DJ Shane specialty: the shoe game.  It is a “newlywed” game where they are asked questions like “who is going to do the cooking”, and they hold up the shoe for the person it applies to.  I love the story that is told by these photos :)

Yeah, I pretty much expected the cake to go down like this :)

You two are one of the most amazing couples I have worked with – thank you for the honor of documenting your day!
